If you ask me they need to allow their team members such as operators and screeners to operate their coaster with little to no interference from engineers and management which have no experience in running the equipment.

The leadership team needs to interface more with ground level employees. They shouldn't allow middle management to speak so much "on the behalf" of the hourly and ground level work force. This why they often remain out of touch and make poor business decisions.

Treat employees according to visible behaviour and performance instead of judging them based on professional and racial cliches or negative hearsay. Hire middle managers with at least some basic leadership skills, such as listing to employees or having a minimum of respect towards them.

They should be fair in compensation & benefit, regional should closely monitor local country's power abuse. Functional ladies get higher salary and rewards than salesman who worked day and night for the Company, it is what hapening in BASF Vietnam, funny
