Keep the questions more clear, I was asked very open ended (not in a good way) questions. It was unclear what exactly I was being asked and by the end of the interview I wasn't sure if I had done good or not. Usually that's clear to me.
More questions, less badmouthing previous employees.

an actual interview as they basically just told me i have the job and made to 35 hours unpaid for trial shifts
