Healthcare Coverage discount for being healthy.

Review from Operations Dept

Healthcare, benefits, 401k, stocks and bonuses

I think they really stay relevant to the overall healthcare field with salary and benefits. Still some of the best benefits I've ever had.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

More money, some recignition and some gratitude

As a contractor, No medical cover, no pension, bonus scheme less than rest of permanent team, not included in company engagement surveys, so feel like my opinion does not matter yet give my all to the company

I feel that my male counterparts on average are paid at a higher salary rate. I do twice the work and worker longer hours and I am paid a lower salary.

Review from Operations Dept

Took a large cut to come here.

They dont really value individual performance, in the end it all goes down to company performance

Not a leader in compensation

Review from Operations Dept

In pharma formulation, we handle active ingredients that cost up to a quarter million dollars per container on a regular basis. Given that we are trained to do such a critically important job and handle such valuable product, more than $12/hr would be appropriate. At least $15/hour for shift work.
