More money, some recignition and some gratitude
As a contractor, No medical cover, no pension, bonus scheme less than rest of permanent team, not included in company engagement surveys, so feel like my opinion does not matter yet give my all to the company
I feel that my male counterparts on average are paid at a higher salary rate. I do twice the work and worker longer hours and I am paid a lower salary.

Took a large cut to come here.
They dont really value individual performance, in the end it all goes down to company performance
Same expectations and work loads, accountability. But this is mainly due to lack of management
They keep hiring younger and younger people who have nothing to offer, no experience. Brain drain too, letting go or forcing out experienced talent

CEO replacement would be a good start. Has failed in multiple ways from earnings per share to overall growth.
Better support of employees, clean facility up, flies, PM, mold in bags and where ssolution is manufactured does not support costumer confindence
