New plant manager seems amazing but below that managers need to start checking in and spending time in the areas of work and not jusr in their offices until next audit

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More money, some recignition and some gratitude
As a contractor, No medical cover, no pension, bonus scheme less than rest of permanent team, not included in company engagement surveys, so feel like my opinion does not matter yet give my all to the company
I feel that my male counterparts on average are paid at a higher salary rate. I do twice the work and worker longer hours and I am paid a lower salary.

Took a large cut to come here.
They dont really value individual performance, in the end it all goes down to company performance
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Same expectations and work loads, accountability. But this is mainly due to lack of management
They keep hiring younger and younger people who have nothing to offer, no experience. Brain drain too, letting go or forcing out experienced talent

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A lot, they need to care more about the people they work with they only push the employees giving them estress dont invest in the machineri and give all the fault to the employeesss
Being more inclusive, having an explanation approach rather than just stating a change in process, having a broader diversity of culture within each department
Complete overhaul from the top down, back-biting uninformed environment.

Better family/work balance. Employees working 6-7 days a week for months even years are not happy employees

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
CEO replacement would be a good start. Has failed in multiple ways from earnings per share to overall growth.
Better support of employees, clean facility up, flies, PM, mold in bags and where ssolution is manufactured does not support costumer confindence
new product launches and innovation

I do not believe the pay is anything to speak of and there is no upward mobility or way to move forward even as a great employee.
