What do you like best about the leadership team?
The lower level leadership cares a lot about the people under them and are great leaders.
The leadership worked as a team and were very consistent in communication message and support. The team was 65% female and diversity was clearly valued.
They are super good looking

Communication and empower its people
Communication. I say thats number 1.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Average pay. Decent benefits. And good health insurance
I can buy things and stuff

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Passion for science common goals
We are seasonally busy so the pace of work can be very fast or very slow. The culture in the work place is usually very positive.
We are teamwork driven. We have groups and meeting for problem solving.
Diversity was embraced. Industry associations and community support was encouraged. Open feedback and accurate reward policy was refreshing.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It is panel interviews so you get to talk and connect with multiple people. It is more of a discussion than an interview.

The oppurtunities for development and advancement that I have.
The seed tech job isn't hard by any means. But I enjoy the growth available and the challenges of the job.
