Very difficult environment . Low engagement of people and poor leadership
The oppurtunities for development and advancement that I have.
Can be long hours and rotate day and night shift. We produce high quality product. Leadership needs better communication skills. And pay is average.
We had a great atmosphere and a real community. The strategy was clear and the update communication was excellent. I would say it was the best period of my entire career.
