Fix Inclusion: having different cultures in work place is not INCLUSIVE this just means you have Diversity but Climate does NOT have INCLUSION. The managers of support have been extremely inexperienced. They are partial, show favoritism & very biased & clickish like a high school. High Turnover rate

Our benefits are pretty good. Pay is alright could be better.
Long term incentive is nice, benefits are great.
Higher variable compensation is needed.
Company just doesn't the reality of the job market. Was also an issue pre-Covid but is worse now. Bonuses are paid at 50%. Recruiters aren't honest about likelihood of hitting target numbers. Raises are minimal and well below inflation. Basically, people aren't valued and they come here to coast.

We just got a new CEO and he's making big changes. Less spending and even going through leadership and letting go of whoever isnt needed anymore.
Changes and improvements have not been fully implemented even after numerous complaints.
