Communication Honesty and Ethics Accountability Stop being so self-serving
Fix Inclusion: having different cultures in work place is not INCLUSIVE this just means you have Diversity but Climate does NOT have INCLUSION. The managers of support have been extremely inexperienced. They are partial, show favoritism & very biased & clickish like a high school. High Turnover rate
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive market package and yearly benefits

It is diversified and fair compared to industry standards
Our benefits are pretty good. Pay is alright could be better.
Long term incentive is nice, benefits are great.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher variable compensation is needed.
Company just doesn't the reality of the job market. Was also an issue pre-Covid but is worse now. Bonuses are paid at 50%. Recruiters aren't honest about likelihood of hitting target numbers. Raises are minimal and well below inflation. Basically, people aren't valued and they come here to coast.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They strive to get it done
they work hard and always reach their target
Open minded people and hard working
As a seed tech we work long hard hours depending on the season. But we all work together to hit goals and produce the highest quailty product
Very smart people who are willing to help
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Inclusion and professionalism particularly the support team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Open, flexible and accepting the other
Change. I think our ability to see a problem and create ways to produce a better outcome is amazing.

The ability to innovate and the flexibility

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We just got a new CEO and he's making big changes. Less spending and even going through leadership and letting go of whoever isnt needed anymore.
Changes and improvements have not been fully implemented even after numerous complaints.
