Employee morale is low due to the extremely limited amount of company sponsored events for colleagues to join and interact.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Unlike most interviews, it was more casually structured. Conversations took place rather than going off of predefined behavior analysis questionnaire.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Open communication is lacking. At a bare minimum, monthly communications should be sent by the leadership teams to inform employees the current path of the business and its status.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My current wage is below the market average for the responsibilities and duties held. Annual compensation reviews are not always completed, so there are times when a raise is not considered.
