The focus is more on rewards than punishment, but I wish there was more accountability. We have KPIs and you know where you stand.

We help people solve problems. Many of our customers are involved in crisises and we are a ray of sunshine, an unexpected blessing.
Open communication is lacking. At a bare minimum, monthly communications should be sent by the leadership teams to inform employees the current path of the business and its status.
