People, incentives, positivity, helpful, knowledgeable
The focus is more on rewards than punishment, but I wish there was more accountability. We have KPIs and you know where you stand.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Employee morale is low due to the extremely limited amount of company sponsored events for colleagues to join and interact.
