Bonuses can make up 20% of your total comp and is paid at the end of December.

Everyone works with one another and share ideas to identify potential areas of opportunity for improvement.
Teamwork, work ethic, responsibility and effectiveness
Everyone believes in the company's objective (help folks avoid foreclosure) and we all work very hard to get it done. We have fun at work!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People, incentives, positivity, helpful, knowledgeable
The focus is more on rewards than punishment, but I wish there was more accountability. We have KPIs and you know where you stand.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Unlike most interviews, it was more casually structured. Conversations took place rather than going off of predefined behavior analysis questionnaire.

People, work, challenges, busy, workload
We help people solve problems. Many of our customers are involved in crisises and we are a ray of sunshine, an unexpected blessing.
