I know I am underpaid in the industry based on recruiters who have approached me from competitors. I stay with BCD though because I believe in this company. I would feel better if i was more recognized for my achievements and pay was brought in line for my role.

As a Customer Care Champion this is a very detail oriented, time-sensitive job, and takes a lot of knowledge in many areas. I am not paid overtime, however with a heavy workload and everything I mentioned above, it's difficult to meet most deadlines without working overtime. Salary bump would help.
