Mirko Bibic — Chief Legal & Regulatory Officer and Executive Vice President of Corporate Development at BCE

Mr. Mirko Bibic has been the Chief Legal & Regulatory Officer at BCE Inc. since March 2012 and has also been its Executive Vice President of Corporate Development since June 2015. Mr. Bibic has been the Chief Legal & Regulatory Officer of Bell Media Inc., since March 2012 and serves as its Executive Vice President. He is responsible for all regulatory activities involving the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC), Competition Bureau and Copyright Board of Canada for Bell Media. He oversees government relations, public affairs and corporate social responsibility. Mr. Bibic serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal & Regulatory Officer for Bell Canada at BCE, Inc. He has been working at BCE since 2004. Mr. Bibic served as an Executive Vice President BCE Inc. since March 2012 until June 2015. Mr. Bibic served as the Head of the CTV File at CTV Inc. since February 2011. Following the acquisition of CTV in 2011, he assumed all government and regulatory responsibilities for Bell Media. He served as Senior Vice President of Regulatory & Government Affairs at Bell Media, Inc. since 2008. He served as Senior Vice President of Regulatory at Bell Media, Inc. since January 2004. In addition, he served as Senior Vice President of Regulatory & Government Affairs at BCE Inc. and its subsidiaries. He joined Bell Media in April 2011. Prior to joining Bell in 2004, he was a Managing Partner of the Ottawa office of Stikeman Elliott LLP. He serves as Chairman of Bell Aliant Regional Communications Inc. He serves on the board of The Canadian Wireless Telecommunications Association (CWTA). Mr. Bibic was recognized by LEXPERT as one of the Top 40 Corporate Counsel Under 40. Mr. Bibic was called to the Ontario bar in 1994. Mr. Bibic holds a Law degree from the University of Toronto.
