High paid "executives, lower paid "workers." Nepatism runs rampant,

Getting the right people into the right positions. Many managers now have no business managing other people.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Dedication, knowledge, however, they are not part of "The Club," so they know they will not advance. They are already looking outside of the company for new opportunities, and many have left already in the past year.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If all employees were rated fairly and accurately. This does NOT happen. Are ranking in the industry has fallen in recent years, and the number of employees are less than 20,000 compared to over 40,000 when I began 20 years ago.
