Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are too many employees that dont do their job & Bechtel makes it a standard to put their work on someone else without the pay. So you get punished for doing a great job.
Hard to get growth opportunities unless you want to go out to site or other countries by taking bigger responsibilities.

I feel that as a lead architect, my compensation should be better because i bring over 33 years of experience to Bechtel
If all employees were rated fairly and accurately. This does NOT happen. Are ranking in the industry has fallen in recent years, and the number of employees are less than 20,000 compared to over 40,000 when I began 20 years ago.
