They have worked in many projects and recruited good people. They are overall very decent and smart people.
My manager has high expectations, but doesn't force me to do things his way.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Im very well paid. My health benwfits are very good for all the family.

I got a 10% raise last year. 4.5% in my salary and 5.5% as a performance bonus.
Could have a better medical and dental.
They review it yearly. There is always room to improve it seems.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Thr people I work with are smart and interested in complete solutions for our project. I'm very in-tune with them on this.

I find a sense of camaraderie that is hardly found in other jobs... and we're all from.very different backgrounds.

The sense of purpose and accomplishment
They preach safety. It's not just a topic it's a culture and same with be your brother/sisters keeper. I feel they truly mean it.

Very accommodating for all different levels
It was very thorough, but also cordial and non invasive
I was asked all the usual form questions, but my interviewers let their personalities shine through. It was professional, but they weren't afraid to laugh or joke when appropriate.

The people, the work, the pay. I must display this positivity because my son starts an engineering degree in the autumn.
