The leadership and that we are all treated like adults.

The transparency that leadership shares with every team member. Every door at the company is always open to anyone.

That I was able to meet so many team members on the day as well as being given a 'test' project that fit my role.

Everyone is involved when needed, all opinions and thoughts are always welcomed and never looked over. Every team member understands that we are all human and that our lives do not stop at the company.
