Mr. Christopher R. Reidy, also known as Chris, has been the Chief Financial Officer of CareFusion Corporation since March 17, 2015. Mr. Reidy has been the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President at Becton, Dickinson and Company since July 15, 2013 and served as its Principal Accounting Officer since September 20, 2013. Mr. Reidy is responsible for executive management and oversight of BD's global financial operations and shared services, as well as oversight of Information Technology. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of NBA Properties, Inc. He served the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Vice President of Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) from October 2, 2006 to November 5, 2012. He served at&T for more than nine years in positions of increasing responsibility in their financial organization. He served as Controller and Vice President of AT&T Corp., since May 2004. During his tenure with AT&T, he served as the Chief Accounting Officer, Chief Financial Officer for Consumer and Business Services Divisions, where he led the Business Planning and Analysis function. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Information Technology Head at the National Basketball Association. He was an Audit Partner of Deloitte & Touche. He serves as a Director of AT&T Investment Management Corp. He served as a Director of Automatic Data Processing Inc. Mr. Reidy is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from St. Francis College and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the Harvard Business School.
