What do you like best about the leadership team?
Vision and strategy are clear
The NASC leadership team is disorganized, communicates poorly, has no concept of strategy and is unable to plan other than to throw resources and money at problems without diagnosing and addressing root cause.

incredibly comprehensive and very fair
The bonus structure is clear, however it is too focused on individual performance in a system where there is no continuity between and among processes.

Less interviews. Decisions by committee shouldn't be the norm in a company with a mature, tangible and healthy culture.
