Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I have been working subcontracted for Behr for 4 years and it is not responsible and maintains poor working conditions, Behr disregards its responsibility and evades its responsibility with the external company

Leader ship team doesn't care about me as an individual. Very dishonest

For the amount of work required we are grossly underpaid. We do pride ourselves in being scrappy but I don't think that should correlate to compensation.
