I have been working subcontracted for Behr for 4 years and it is not responsible and maintains poor working conditions, Behr disregards its responsibility and evades its responsibility with the external company

Leader ship team doesn't care about me as an individual. Very dishonest

For the amount of work required we are grossly underpaid. We do pride ourselves in being scrappy but I don't think that should correlate to compensation.

We all have the same goal in mind. To be the best

A team that loves to win
Friendly, family-like, atmosphere that seems smaller than it is.

The most positive would be the people that you work with.
The fact that there is support and I feel comfortable voicing my ideas and asking questions without being torn apart.

take responsibility for the subcontracted workers instead of releasing the responsibility to the external company

I was interviewed by a person who no longer works for the company, he did excellent
Laid back relaxed no pressure
Everyone was very nice and very open about the job
It was interactive and I had to do a mock customer service call.
