The store manager is great to work with and very understanding and has nothing but the best interest of the company in mind

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Full time employees get healthcare and 401k
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being fully insured .. with all health benefits
They should offer full benefits, not only medical and pay increases on six month intervals
What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along well and share tasks to get work done efficiently and effectively
they are friendly and always will help with work

Just coming in knowing that I'm doing a good job and I have coworkers that work together as a team
