Treating everyone fairly. Not allowing everyone play manager.
Every single thing and to stop penny pinching. Trying to save money and jot hire the proper amount of workers in the warehouse is what caused it to collapse.
Respect of hourly associates who are over worked and under paid.
Listening to their employees! They run the company like our current president runs the country.
Listening to their employees! They live in their own world where their company is great despite both employees and customers cutting ties with them.
Profit sharing should be for non sales
Not paid emough. One person doing a two person job. They overwork you. Because they refuse to hire more. Hard work goes unnoticed. Thats for sure
Respect from management and HR
If they gave us better health benefits instead of pretending they use the same insurance as us and their millionaire lives are just as difficult.
The amount of work you do for the money offered isn't worth it. There is absolutely zero room for growth. Their health insurance is a joke.

My coworkers are working toward a common goal
Respect- this is lacking from management and HR
The same thing that should change about the company: they need to be honest with their employees.
The main interview with the branch manager. Very caring and attentive.
Not the hr team members
It was fairly conversational in tone.
It was pretty straightforward and simple.
be more clear on the company culture
The pay and that's it.
I am grateful to be employed
coworkers, stability of business not management
