This brand has poor management. I have seen customer service representatives be overworked and overwhelmed all too often. I miss my technician that I had. It is unfortunate that he has moved on.
Great place to work in the beginning. Then you're either a favorite or you're a nothing. Favorites are allowed to bully, degrade and threaten anyone not involved in their clic. New employees are constantly bullied and never last long. This place truly makes you feel like you don't belong.
Worst company to deal with...after they make the sale they make no effort to help.
