I have barely met them. The one man I did meet was arrogant and demanding.

i felt under value cause i have served the company for many years yet the increment is very little
Always under pressure . No value even if youve worked for the company for 5years . Treat you like animals

What did you like most about the interview process?
Ioved the audition because then you knew what you were expecting of the job and the company, my interview was 3 years ago so its all done online now and I don't feel thats best for the company
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I suggest hiring managers who are honest and want the best for the eyebrow expert and not trying to cheat or I would say use us for responsibilities that is not in our DOR.
Such a long process. No response back. You hear different things from every person you interview with about what the job is supposed to entail, but even still are left with so many questions that youll be lucky to get answered.
i would offer a slightly higher amount of basic salary
What makes you most happy at work?
My customers were the best.
Making my customers feel amazing
Creative problem solving & guiding tem members to really contribute AND get credit for their ideas
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management need to show support and understanding instead of degrading there staff
