I have been a licenced Cosmetologist for almost 20 years, After becoming an Arch Expert 1.5 yrs ago, ive since fell in love with the brand, the company, its mission and my RAM in VA, USA Julya. Benefit is an absolutely amazing company to work for and I have no intention to leave, most likely forever
Great brow services and products
My experience at ULta was terrible because my manager used me for other tasks instead of informing me about everything that I needed to do for Benefit. When I found out what was really expected, they wrongfully fired me!
I have barely met them. The one man I did meet was arrogant and demanding.
I love benefit's branding. It's attractive and not intimidating despite it being a more expensive brand. I only use the brow pencil, but I continue to purchase it because I know it's precise and it works. I just wish when the pencil is almost out the product didn't call out
