Usually there is a makeup interview where you will be given a scenario for a customer and asked to deliver the type of makeup the customer is desiring. You bring your own model and apply makeup on them in a role play setting. Usually afterwards, you'll be asked different questions relating to work experience.

People still love to have their makeup done at MAC, but now people prefer to shop multiple cosmetics brands instead of sticking with one company.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at MAC Cosmetics?
Make the work environment more fun for the employees. This will cause a trickle down effect and I believe customer service would improve from employee we'll being and eventually. Increase overall growth for the company.
