What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership ranges from really admirable and supportive of their employees to abysmal and completely unworthy of their position, in general they don't really care about what the lower rung of employees have issues with, fail to actually address or solve them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening and adopting employee driven solutions.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
There is unlimited PTO if you have enough free time to use it.
They offer unlimited paid time off
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When you speak up you are ignored and when you don't you under preform. there is never comprise or agreement.
Rare to find inclusion in this culture
A lot of effort and company resources are spent on trying to maintain appearances rather than paying employees competitive wages for the amount of work being dumped on them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all preformed are role well. We were the best team.
Truly enjoy my specific team and many people I work with across the R&D dpt, many are very able and effective scientists and fun and engaging to work with.
Everyone is there to support one another. Everyone steps up during challenging times and problem solving.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
You are able to work pretty independently if that's your preference. Depends on your group. You have the freedom to present your ideas to management and working from home, if possible, is being embraced.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
After 9 years of no results there need to be a change in the leadership.
The leadership team needs to listen to its workers to address company culture. Voice of the employee committee is a joke.
Leadership needs to listen to the people instead of just feeding themselves their own ideas. Also, lessen the incentive for a competitive nature. This kills even the best of teams.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked the people I spoke directly with in my interview. My interview was pretty brief, I know interview practices have changed substantially since I was hired on.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
It is long, daunting and not transparent. Filters out good workers and allows bad eggs through...
Decrease the overall length of the interviews and decrease the daunting test at the end.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting to do what I love with a support team.
The people I work with value my job and me as a person.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Leadership is in a bubble. They need to listen with an open mind. there are plenty on employees that leave after 1-2 years.
Simply put the company values do not reflection the actual work atmosphere. I have never been employed in a more weirdly political research environment. Making opportunity for advancement available is vital to their longevity as a company.
