You are able to work pretty independently if that's your preference. Depends on your group. You have the freedom to present your ideas to management and working from home, if possible, is being embraced.
After 9 years of no results there need to be a change in the leadership.
The leadership team needs to listen to its workers to address company culture. Voice of the employee committee is a joke.
Leadership needs to listen to the people instead of just feeding themselves their own ideas. Also, lessen the incentive for a competitive nature. This kills even the best of teams.
