A lot of effort and company resources are spent on trying to maintain appearances rather than paying employees competitive wages for the amount of work being dumped on them.

After 9 years of no results there need to be a change in the leadership.
The leadership team needs to listen to its workers to address company culture. Voice of the employee committee is a joke.
Leadership needs to listen to the people instead of just feeding themselves their own ideas. Also, lessen the incentive for a competitive nature. This kills even the best of teams.
It is long, daunting and not transparent. Filters out good workers and allows bad eggs through...
Decrease the overall length of the interviews and decrease the daunting test at the end.
Leadership is in a bubble. They need to listen with an open mind. there are plenty on employees that leave after 1-2 years.
Simply put the company values do not reflection the actual work atmosphere. I have never been employed in a more weirdly political research environment. Making opportunity for advancement available is vital to their longevity as a company.
