What do you like best about the leadership team?
They always care about the individual
They have a clear direction for the company. They listen to the employees and really seem to care about them.
Our leaders really care about the team. This caring attitude starts with our founders and is felt at all levels of the company.
They take the time to get to know their employees.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Checking their ego's at the door
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We are paid well, and most of our pay plans are incentive based.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When you can't be your self
Rewarding top executives willing knowing that are shady and or take advantage of employees to fulfill their erotic fantasies is something I would look into
Used to get bonuses in June that were performance based. All perks have been revoked
Competitions pay is more aggressive and rewarding
Corporate mess. Too many people making decisions that have never worked in the trenches
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are kind people who care. It feels like the team is a family
Everybody is treated as a person. All opinions are listened to and taken into account.
Everyone participates and the opinion of everyone is valued and taken into account.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The professionalism of everybody. There are standards and everybody is expected to adhere to them.
Our company has always been about treating one another like family.
Very professional in both demeanor and dress.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Stop trying to be the leader in inovations
Less meetings and more aggressive pay plans
Stop changing pay plans so much. Hired to many consulting firms over the past 5 years really brought negative moral to the team
What did you like most about the interview process?
Not a single thing. "Really"
It is very simple. They will literally hire anyone. They are desperate for bodies to fill spaces that they dont have to pay.
They take the time to make quality hires.
Happened quickly. No dragging the process out.
