Yes I feel I am undervalued as a 60+ year old female.
Better pay is important but so is community.

Stop cutting pay. Find management that cares and does not put all the employees down. They took away sick pay. Greedy company. No one is happy.
I was getting paid $10k less than other people doing the same job with more assistants.
I believe I am under compensated for the work I do. Compared to what other companies pay an employee that does what I do, I make less than half of their yearly salary .
