Communicating with the sales agents and making clear their goals, announcing changes to policy so everyone understands and reinforcing people who are doing a good job.

Everything. Parts manager sits at desk all day and does not do anything. Does not answer phone. Does not help out when it is super busy and down an employee.

Yes I feel I am undervalued as a 60+ year old female.
Better pay is important but so is community.
To be treated professionally and with respect. There is none.

Stop cutting pay. Find management that cares and does not put all the employees down. They took away sick pay. Greedy company. No one is happy.

They need to answer questions and not be dismissive. They need to learn how to communicate

Very chill. Not tense or demanding

Work hours are the only positive thing at work. I thought when i was hired that I was goig to work for a great company bu I am very disapointed in the way employees are treated.

The toxic corporate culture which trickles down from the top
Higher people that are better educated.
Better management. Happy people instead of being put down all day

It was relaxed. It wasn't high stress. I was very comfortable and I didn't feel the questions were ridiculous.

More and better communication with prospects.
Have the CEO be gracious, and have the recruiters be more effective and organized

Im trusted to do my work as i see fit and allowed to do what i want while i work (listen to music, etc)
