Everyone takes their work very seriously as do they take their peers work seriously as well.

You can be at the office or not they work with you no matter what you decide.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They take a hands on experience approach to teaching, but also want you to learn so they don't cradle agents.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It is a process that is not forced on you. The individual decides to go for the job and stick with it.
