Berry Plastics Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Raises. Insurance. Options. Perks. Hours.

I feel that my benefit package as far as vacation, insurance, sick leave all that is fair.

Benefuts that go with you

Benefits. Variety of benefit choices

Nothing. The pay is decent, but compared to the packers (who have a job a monkey could literally.do) its only a couple dollars more. While a technician takes months of training to become competent

401 k yeah it

Review from Product Dept

i like all of the compensation package

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The fact that other plants have separate departments inside of maintenance that devide the responsibility bit where im at our small group does all of it for the plant with the same pay as the others with less work load and responsibility.

Packers are the backbone of the company but get paid the least which is bureaucracy at its worst

No stock options are for the little people

Being payed a little more

$5 an hr minimum pay increase, lower insurance premiums and deductible, more paid time off, paid maternity and paternity leave, Monday through Friday shifts getting double time on Sundays regardless of hours worked during the week.

Mgmt needs to be on the floor and understand what each job entails. They haven’t a clue except what’s on paper from 20 years

They don't pay you for your full time on the clock and new hires don't get holiday pay

Review from Product Dept

I feel I am not compensated for all the work I do.

Review from IT Dept

We do more then our job always doing some one else's job plus my own

Review from Product Dept

Getting paid for doing then my job description

Review from Operations Dept

Compensation is below average for my area. They should offer stock options.

Stock grants vs just options

I make less than people hired 5-8 years after me

Pay is ok, some others don't get paid much. insurance has never been the best.

Review from Operations Dept

Give me a better rise
