Able to go to them when issues arise with production
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We work well together as a team (usually) and can go to each other for answers or to solve a problem.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Would be nice if the work was a little less monotonous. Some days when running a very large run and no change-overs can get to be a bit dull. Also a lot of repetitive hand/muscle movements. The biggest issue: it can get VERY hot inside in the summer.
