The ones that are their to learn make the the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is ok, some others don't get paid much. insurance has never been the best.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The management style. A Plant manager that walks the floor two times a day at the least.
