Poorly managed. Losing more technicians every day. I have a disability and asked for a ln accommodation that is totally reasonable almost 2 months ago and they can't get it together
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. The pay is decent, but they can't seem to keep enough technicians to even keep the factory running
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Nothing. The pay is decent, but compared to the packers (who have a job a monkey could literally.do) its only a couple dollars more. While a technician takes months of training to become competent
