Unfortunately at this point I feel that getting rid of the plant manager would help and there needs to be a plant manager put in place that knows the processes of the factory and spend some time getting to know his employees
giving employees the resources and support to do their jobs
The fact that other plants have separate departments inside of maintenance that devide the responsibility bit where im at our small group does all of it for the plant with the same pay as the others with less work load and responsibility.
Packers are the backbone of the company but get paid the least which is bureaucracy at its worst
No stock options are for the little people
Being payed a little more
$5 an hr minimum pay increase, lower insurance premiums and deductible, more paid time off, paid maternity and paternity leave, Monday through Friday shifts getting double time on Sundays regardless of hours worked during the week.

People need to be more fair to others and help out without having an attitude and bad mouthing the other person

I feel like the negativity at my plant is comes from the top down I hate try to keep things on my shift in a positive note but it's not always easy when the people above you are negative
The favoritism needs to stop. The sexism needs to stop. The bullying needs to stop. And that includes mgmt.
Stop the continuous drive to eliminate jobs with automation.
The management style. A Plant manager that walks the floor two times a day at the least.

I'm not really involved in the interview process but I would think that right now because of the work shortage they pretty much take anybody and everybody that will pass the drug test and we utilize temp service is way too much
Tell what the company is doing to improve
