Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I worked very hard there and got taken off the schedule for asking for 3 days off over 6 month time.
I have been working with bertuccis for 1.5 years and I constantly acheive tasks outside of my job description without so much as a thank you.
I feel the pay is fine, I was never told about any other benefits. So I assume I don't have any.
i get paid the same as a new cook to close and open the place
They trest their employees like trash
As a employee at bertuccis, not only was I bartending and serving. I also did carry out and hosted . I was being paid 2.83 a hour when I was doing a minimum wage job.
If I can get a check on time a month without pay
would prefer hourly wages over tips
Schedule is based on seniority therefore income is based this way

Managers constantly ignore availability and give hours a person cant do
