West Roxbury/Chestnut Hill location needs to be investigated.

the expectations and pressure that corporate has placed on managment at an already understaffed restaurant makes working with this company exhausting for even hourly employees.

Whilst working at Bertucci's, angry customers respect us more than managment. At least angry customers are honest about how they feel and they don't ignore your requests. Managment constantly avoids and manipulates what you ask of them. So long as labor is low, managment is happy.

leadership MUST listen to their employees and take into account everyone's needs fairly. leadership respects the requests of those with open availability more frequently than those with limited availability.

I worked very hard there and got taken off the schedule for asking for 3 days off over 6 month time.

I have been working with bertuccis for 1.5 years and I constantly acheive tasks outside of my job description without so much as a thank you.

I feel the pay is fine, I was never told about any other benefits. So I assume I don't have any.

They trest their employees like trash

Customers have complained about employees looking sleep deprived and exhausted from staffing issues. Another frequent complaint from customers is that we don't have inventory. managment doesn't pay our liquor bill. we haven't had many types of beer for months. the bill hasn't been paid in 101 days.
