Whilst working at Bertucci's, angry customers respect us more than managment. At least angry customers are honest about how they feel and they don't ignore your requests. Managment constantly avoids and manipulates what you ask of them. So long as labor is low, managment is happy.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New employees are respected more than those with seniority. if I request my availibility, it is respected after an employee who has been working for less than a month.
