What are some of the best things about your team?
Teamwork is great! Everyone with the exception of the manager
they are nice and understanding this doesnt include the managers
my team is incredible. despite managment's inablity to treat everyone fairly, my team has been there more frequently than managment to support me. managment is more concerned with keeping labor low and leaving the restaurant than managing the restaurant.
It is some very hard and good workers that I work with but we all need some guidance.
