No support from our manager . Poor organizational skills. Poor communication skills. Unable to provide proper employee staffing

the option to use it before retirement
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonus for all employees, regular cost of living raises, bring back sick days.
hard hours, hard work. less pay compared to other companies
OUR PTO compensation is not adequate for the field that we work in. We are not given sick days and our time off includes holidays.

communication and accountability and teamwork improvements

that every one gets along with everyone and we all help in keeping the atmosphere alive
