What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are available for questions and look for feedback.
They're very open to great opportunities and growth.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need educated, accomplished, proven result professionals. Should not promote incompetent, unqualified individuals
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Good health benefits, Paid Volunteer time, Pet insurance/bereavement.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Company approach is to pay as little as possible and to spread everyone so thin, except for themselves
What are some of the best things about your team?
helpful, nice and very patient with all of us.
Everyone seems to participate to get the job done.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Company needs basic standards for hiring, Hires ex cons, and others no one else will take.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Very little, everyday is a struggle
it's very diverse and open to everyone. always hiring too. they also work with people that were incarcerated.
Everyone is very friendly and caring. Our business gives back to reading literacy programs
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get new managers and take associates complaints serious.
What did you like most about the interview process?
it was short, to the point and exciting to me has not been to an interview in over 20 years
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Tge interview was so quick n over with in 10 minutes. Never asked my goals or skills.
Not selective at all as to hiring, will take nearly anyone.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get paid on weekly basis
flexibility and the fact that you can move up.
Just being busy, having a good work crew and enjoying what your doing.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Product quality is poor, will sell most anything without regard to the customer, or how price is too low to be profitable
