What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are accessible, compassionate, genuine.
The leadership team is diverse in background but less diverse in gender and ethnicity. While gender and ethnicity don't directly correlate to success, I would appreciate seeing the representation I feel is lacking in the team as a whole.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary and stock equity are competitive. We have input in our benefits offerings, and leadership is regularly looking to benchmark with other best companies in the space.
Pay is fair for the amount of work done.

We care about each other inside and outside of work!

We get along on a personal level phenomenally, and we work together well.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Fun, collaborative culture that builds a fun and collaborative product.
I feel like bevi cares about it's employees.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
We strive to be environmentally friendly, but I don't see that so much in the way the Bevis are built and maintained. There is a lot of room for improvement in our environmental impact.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Constant contact with the recruiter; fast and efficient; always felt like I knew where I stood.
The candidness of the interviewers. I was interviewed by 4 different individuals and got the sense that the individuals in the group vary greatly!

What makes you most happy at work?
Bevis on tap, of course! And dogs in the office are pretty joyful too.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
When I was hired, we were hiring on the philosophy of taking our work seriously, and not our selves. That motto gets in the way of my personal well being. Bevi likes to have fun, but the balance between working and living a full life outside of the office is skewed heavily towards work.
