- What needs to change to make the company culture better?We strive to be environmentally friendly, but I don't see that so much in the way the Bevis are built and maintained. There is a lot of room for improvement in our environmental impact.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?When I was hired, we were hiring on the philosophy of taking our work seriously, and not our selves. That motto gets in the way of my personal well being. Bevi likes to have fun, but the balance between working and living a full life outside of the office is skewed heavily towards work.
