BevMo! Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

The 401k is the best part.

Get paid daily, really great.

Review from Sales Dept

I didn't work there long enough to receive one.

The employee discount on alchohol

Health benefits and bonus opportunities

Review from Sales Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Better pay, better retention of employees. In the long run you save more money than having a revolving door of hires, and quitters.

I was given the store manager job and then taken away, meanwhile I still had to do all the jobs of the store manager while making assistant manager wage.

I earn $17.00/hour while only 3 people are working a shift and usually one will call out. I have been asked to do manager's duties on a daily basis without regard for my compensation. I found after asking my store manager, that he was unaware of my pay rate. Total wine is paying $25/hr for the same.

Cannot discuss here too terrible

Because I was lied to about my position and forced to work in a different department then told I was hired to.

Higher pay period. We do a lot and don't get paid much more than associates.

More work every year with no pay increases

More pay and really following through with your values as paying hard working people

No raises and always short staffed. Corporate office is down the street and they can careless about their employees or giving them a livable wage. That’s why we’re always short staffed and have high turnover r

No breaks allowed. Isn't that illegal

Review from Sales Dept

Better pay and benefits for part-timers.

Review from Sales Dept

Entry level employees at McDonalds get paid more than I do, and I've been with the company over 3 years

Review from Sales Dept

I worked there for two years and only received a .10 cent raise with no benefits and they hire new people instead of letting you move up in the company

Review from Sales Dept

Poor company performance. Allow associates to drive results.

It seems like the cashiers are paid actual minimum wage which I don't think is great but its good for students who don't care about making decent money

Review from Sales Dept

They don’t like to give raises been there 5 for some crazy reason.
