The hourly hardworking people who try to help one another keep it together. Management obviously has no regard for our mental wellness and is only concerned with covering shifts.
I do not know what the corporate culture is. Nothing is communicated from corporate to the clerical positions.

Our team is trying to be loyal, help one another with mental break down due to burning out with OT and extra responsibility with e-commerce and go puff orders. Customers are frustrated with lack of service and take it out on the team. Go puff drivers can be rude and demanding while we try our best.
Individuals are great but once a clique starts forming it goes down hill.
