Bevmo is awesome to work at! Super fun and great first job. However, they don't pay their leads enough which leads to high turnover for that position.

It was very relaxed and I felt very comfortable being myself.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Higher ups don't seem to care to much about employee retention or longevity.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher pay period. We do a lot and don't get paid much more than associates.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate leadership team is fun and efficient! The higher up you go, the less cool they are.
